Red #9 - No Hope? (1995 Farmhouse Records)

Or, alternatively, Red Number Nine. 90's female pop-punk from Saratoga, CA.  My memory is a little foggy, but it seemed like every loved them for a minute (they were on the Shreds Vol. 2 and Slice Of Lemon comps) and then they just kind of disappeared. Which is a shame, because they were great. There are obvious comparisons to be made, but I ain't going to make them.

Fun fact: Guitarist/Vocalist Michelle Mallinger went on to become a Soprano.
