It seems that the vast majority of deaths and casualties in Iraq have come from IED’s, or “improvised explosive devices”, or to cut through the bullshit, fucking bombs. How the hell do you fight hidden bombs? What good would more troops do fighting hidden bombs? Am I missing something? I’m not trying to be a smartass; I really am confused as to what’s going on over there. They make it sound like we’re fighting this army of “insurgents”, but all I ever see are bombs blowing up. Educate me, please.
