Two Good Questions

In this week's issue of Time, Joe Klien discusses how some military leaders are questioning the Bush Administration's total commitment to the war in Iraq. To illustrate the point, Klein quotes his own mother, “Why aren’t there the war-bond drives we had in World War II? Why aren’t we being asked to collect clothing for the children of Iraq?”

Indeed. Why aren’t being asked to do ANYTHING except blindly support the war?
