hoping for a bubble

This is the mentality that worries me. The mindset that zenith of the boom cycle was the ideal, and we just need to get back to it. But, that was insanity, and now prices are heading to where they should be. Prices need to get to a sane level, and then stabilize. Even stabilizing current prices would be sane, but no one should be cheer leading rising prices. Hoping they get back to 2006 levels is insane.

BTW, I'm speaking for San Diego. I know prices in some places are extremely low, too low, in fact. Not here.
