- yelling about "wanting their country back" from "socialism", or black people, or something.
- veiled death threats
- encourage bringing (legal) concealed firearms to protests.
- actually bringing (legal) concealed firearms to town halls.
- dropping the (legal) concealed weapons you bring to town halls.
- along with your (legal) concealed weapon, holding a sign saying "it's time to water the tree of liberty"
- knowing that the tree of liberty quote refers to Thomas Jefferson saying, "The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants."
- ???????
Granted, none of this, save death threats, is illegal. But the cumulative effect is a sense of momentum towards something tragic. Someone is going to get shot. And over what? Trying to insure the poor and the sick? What is wrong with us?
