This was part of Doctor Dream's "____ vs. The World" series, which pitted a bunch of bands hometowns against, um, the world. No offense, but my money's on the world. Those Canadians are nuts!
About all I know about OHW is that singer Dan Root was in Tender Fury and that they would later release an album on Nitro Records.
Side one is a little ditty about Rodney King and the LA riots, Side two is about well, Brazil or something.
