Peruvian ceviche (Cebiche De Pescado) from
Latin Chef in Pacific Beach. You gots your corn on the bottom, yams to the right, and white sea bass marinated in lemon juice, topped with onions, to the upper left. A bit different than the ceviche I'm used to. Wasn't crazy about the corn, which was rather flavorless, but the rest of the meal was quite good.
