Chris's? Is that correct? Oh well... Kinda sketchy looking BBQ joint in Spring Valley (like anything in Spring Valley isn't sketchy looking), but run by some really nice folks. They make you feel like you know them, and that you are a guest at their house, if that makes any sense. I ordered the rib tips, which I liked, but I wish I would have just ordered the actual ribs. A place can not be judged on rib tips alone. That being said, they were good. Only complaint - too much sauce. The fries were excellent, with some grilled onions mixed in. Order was delayed because the cook/owner had to peel the potatoes first - always good sign. Down with Sysco!
i might have asked for the fries with the skins on. faster that way, and fried skins are yummy.
