Antonelli's is in El Cajon. It gets rather busy during lunch time, and trust me, you get the full East County experience, which can be quite entertaining and/or horrifying.
Ordered a pastrami on rye. Nothing fancy, your basic bread, meat, cheese, tomato, and lettuce type deal. Pastrami was really good, and there was a lot of it.
I don't know why I would ever end up in this part of El Cajon again, but it's good to know that there's a spot to eat if I do.
