You Should Know how good The Gain were, but chances are you don't (commenters to this blog are an obvious exception). I assumed the intarwebs would be filled with blog posts extolling the greatness of The Gain, but sadly, not the case.

I lost this & their full length when the bass player of PSF & I split up... the down side of dating a punk rock babe is she will take your records when you split, even if she was the one fucking your room mate. To be fair she gave me all of my J Church records back a couple of years ago... a while ago she handed me back a handful of my records & said "you are a good dad"...... there is a lot I could ad to this but I am drunk, I love the gain & I love the bands they went on to be in like Big In Japan!

My only exposure to Sri Lanka is an episode of No Reservations and the fact that I think, though I really don't know anything about politics in Sri Lanka, "Tamil Tigers" sounds kinda cool.
