Jebel - Jebel (1996 Communicable Records)

 

Jebel were a post-punk band from South Carolina. These songs were all recorded live in studio. I get Nomeansno vibes at times, and Primus vibes at others. Not a lot out there about these guys. If you know anything, comment.

    Did a search and landed on a Bandcamp page for Bryan Wade, the vocalist. Part of his releases include an additional Jebel record and a handful solo releases. His voice has not changed at all. I also found a LinkedIn bio with his name and on his CV he name checks Jebel as part of his 'experience'. Interestingly, since you mentioned NoMeanNo, the title of one of his solo efforts is named WRONG. Hmmmm. Terrific find friend. Thanks.
