I don't really know how to classify Novice Brown. Is it indie? Is it post-hardcore? It's not real aggressive, but it ain't real pretty either. Except that it's kind of pretty at times. Whatever. I like this, but I don't know a thing about the band.

ReplyDeletenorthern new jersey. we were really short lived and never toured. though since then i've moved to california and completely lost touch with the singer/guitarist and drummer. hopefully they'll read this; it would be nice to catch up and see what they are up to.

ReplyDeleteGreat band! I saw them play once on Long Island and picked up their other 7" (their first I believe). Thanks for posting this, even thought the download is expired. They should get a bandcamp page up.
