Some my fellow brilliant San Diegans have joined the Republican craze sweeping the nation....Teabagging! What's that? Oh, sorry, I meant Tea Parties! Inspired by a blabbering moron, they are showing their displeasure with any and all taxes by emulating the Boston Tea Party - taking Government property and dumping it into the ocean, sewing the seeds of Revolution!! 

Protesters tossed large clear plastic bags -- stuffed with shredded paper -- into the harbor. The bags has (sic) strings attached that were used to retrieve them later.

Oh. Or that. Bags of shredded paper? Strings to retrieve them later? Hellraisers!
