I have no idea how I ended up with this. I'm not a riot grrl fan, and I'm not a big fan of K Records type stuff (ftr this is not on K, it's on Smarten Up! Records). Yet here it is, on my turntable.
If you're not familiar with Mecca Normal, maybe you are familiar with author/painter/filmmaker Jean Smith? Well, this is hervery influential band.
